The Kindergarten Thanksgiving program is an annual, much-loved tradition at MQHR School. After the singing and dancing was completed, families and friends gathered with the Kindergarten students to give thanks together and share a delicious Thanksgiving meal. Thank you to the students, teachers, and cafeteria staff for a terrific day!

Along with the swirling autumn leaves, creativity filled the air this fall at Mary Queen School. Ms. Weber and the 3rd grade students explored our nation's history with a study of Indian culture.

Ingenuity and Creativity are the Name
of the Game for these Mary Queen Inventors!

Father Nick Pagano blessed the ground and the day for us when Mary Queen celebrated Constitution Day with a Red, White and Bloom ceremony!

The celebration kicked off with a ceremonial ribbon cutting by students representing each grade. Mrs. Bixler's 8th grade math classes rose to the challenge to design the plans for our new garden and our winning 8th grade math design team donned shovels and construction hats to break the ground!
Last week each student at Mary Queen planted their own tulip in our new garden. Our entire parish community will be anxiously awaiting the spring when we witness the tulips grow, blossom and mature, just as all of our students do!
